This is a 15 degree Bearing Scar.  Bearings are set/angled at 15 degrees (3 rows of 4 bearings (12 bearings total)) fitted in a SLA printed housing.  Outer metal casing (silver, titanium colour with orange tip).  Friction fits on 16mm OD barrels.
