'Pulsar' ultra performance flywheels.  Pulsars are a new flywheel made by Daybreak, designed to push the limits of mini-size flywheel blasters.  Unique ramped sided high concavity wheels encompass the dart, increasing surface area, thus transfer of power to dart.  Excellent quality wheels machined to tight tollerances. 

We recomend using soft tipped darts with this cage/wheel system.  Do not use hard tipped darts FVJ, Voberry type darts.  These darts are very hard to compress and will cause failure.

Some handy points PLEASE NOTE:
Pulsar wheels have a outer diameter of 30.4mm/root diameter 25.4mm and although similar to Worker Hurricane flywheels are NOT compatible with usual flywheel cages such as Worker Phoenix cages.  Pulsar Flywheel uses its own system and requres new cages (see link).  Please ensure you do your research before purchasing/using these flywheels.

When installing/pushing flywheels on to motor shaft, ensure (see photos):

-Middle of flywheel is supported (pushing on outside of wheel will break it)

-Bottom of motor is supported

-Wheels are not pushed on too far as to rub against cage (its much easier to push wheels on and very hard to pull back off)  (Wheel rubbing on cage will cause component failure ie motor burn out)

-Once installed use fingers to ensure wheels spin freely and there is no friction/rubbing

- 'Multigrip Pliers' are an excellent tool for flywheel installation
