Website Purchases Policy
All orders/sales placed on this webstore are final, any change of mind cancelation will incur a $10 processing fee ($10 to be taken off refund).  Please check and be sure before placing a order.

Returns Policy
All products sold by BlasterTECH have a 30 day warranty, which covers any product defects, not miss use of goods or if a blaster has been opened.  Customer to contact us, return the product at their own postal expense.  The product will then be repaired or replaced and sent back to buyer at our postal expense.

Important Safety
Blasters are modified at your own risk.  BlasterTECH will not accept any liability for damage or reduction of lifespan of your blaster.  BlasterTECH will not accept any liability for personal injury caused during or after modification.  The items on this site are safe as long as the operator uses it safely. The items on this site are to be used by those 18years or older.  Always wear protective eye wear whilst using blasters. Never point or aim at eyes or face.  WARNING: Do not aim at eyes or face.  Only use foam darts and no other projectile that will harm a person.  By purchasing these items you will use it in a safe and responsible manner and you agree that BlasterTECH will not be liable for any injury caused by misuse or accidental usage.

Customer postal address
It is the sole responsibiliy of the customer placing the order to enter a correct shipping postal address.  Please check and ensure your postal address is correct before placing your order.  We cannot change, resend, reimburse, once a parcel has been sent.

Safe use and charging of Battery Packs

• Always used a approved genuine charger
• Never leave battery unattended whilst charging
• Never short the battery or incorrectly connect the battery
• If at any stage during the charging process the battery pack balloons or swells, discontinue the charging process immediately.
• Do not miss-handle the battery packs, do not drop throw, always keep secure
• Keep the battery packs in a cool area.
• Never over charge or over discharge battery
• Always use a low voltage alarm or equivalent to avoid excessive discharge / damage to battery pack.

International Buyers (outside of Australia)

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. This is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Check with your country's customs importation office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.  This is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Check your countries laws with regard to firearms importing restrictions.  Some products on this website, depending on your countries laws, may be considered as a firearm (imitation), firearm accessory and therefore illegal and/or may require a permit to import.  This is the buyer’s responsibility.
